Aim to burst the air sac of Nightshade Paolumu. Seeing as this monster can put a hunter to sleep, equipping Sleep Resistance Lv 3 stops the sleep. Knowing when the air sac can be burst, and keeping that resistance in place, is key to staying on your feet through the hunt.
