Nargacuga slows when it is exhausted. Seeing as a turf war tires it, a hunter can use that opening to press the attack. It destroys a Pitfall Trap when it is not enraged, so save that trap for when it is enraged. Cut the tail. The slam covers the arc behind it. Do not stand there after a sidestep. When the eyes glow red, blind it with a Flash Pod to stop a combo mid-string.
