Against Lunastra, her high body heat and dust sap health unless you use a Cool Drink (or Heat Guard). Fire Resistance does not stop that sap. Clear blue flame on the floor with a Barrel Bomb or Crystalburst; a Puddle Pod and water hits also douse it (water mainly on smaller flames). The nova hits with wind pressure, a heat drain Cool Drink cannot stop, then two blasts. A Flash Pod does not cancel the nova; it may trigger it instead.
